Terry Smart, Jr. has practiced law with an emphasis on immigration law for over twenty years. Terry has spent most of his legal career representing clients in front of the Executive Office of Immigration Review (Immigration Court) and at USCIS interviews.
Terry received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and his law degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. Terry lives on a lake with his family and two dogs. He enjoys fishing and hiking with his family.
