Business and Executives Visas

The Frager Law Firm provides knowledgeable and skilled guidance to companies in all facets of business-related immigration. In addition to I-9 compliance, we work with businesses and their executives to accommodate company workforce demands.

Our attorneys help them obtain temporary and permanent immigration status for business managerial and executive employees in all visa categories. Transferring employees from abroad to the United States may help a business achieve its short- or long-term objectives. We work with clients to explore available options and determine the best strategy to meet their needs.

Labor certification exempt categories for employment based green cards

While certain positions require labor certification, others do not. Our firm assists clients with required labor certificate documentation when necessary. However, employees in the following categories do not require labor certification to obtain visas:

  • Persons of extraordinary ability
  • Outstanding professors and researchers
  • International executives and managers transferred from abroad
  • Persons with advanced degrees or of exceptional ability whose work is in the national interest (National Interest Waiver)
  • Investors who invest $1 million (or $500,000 in certain areas) and create employment for ten U.S. workers
  • Registered Nurses
  • Physical Therapists
  • Religous workers with two years previous experience
