Bryant Stevenson has extensive experience assisting individuals and institutions with EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Professor/Researcher, and Executive and Managerial petitions, as well as with National Interest Waiver and Schedule A petitions. His clients have included numerous educators and governmental and private researchers, as well as entertainers and artists. Mr. Stevenson also routinely assists employers with immigration compliance and other regulatory issues, including preventative I-9 audits, corporate policy drafting, and procedural training.

Mr. Stevenson has substantial experience in providing immigration solutions to entrepreneurs and investors who wish to establish new U.S. business start-ups, and to existing foreign entities wishing to establish new U.S. business operations. Strategies include the use of E-1 and E-2 Trader and Investor visas, L-1 Initial Transfer visas, and EB-5 Immigrant Investor petitions.

Mr. Stevenson is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association's Law Practice Management Section, and is licensed through the state of Tennessee and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He received his J.D. from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law, and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Alabama.
